Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Darnell has resided in Las Vegas since 2002.

Inspired by his uncle, Darnell began playing drums at five years old. At the age of eleven he also began playing in the church.  At the age of 17, Darnell began performing professionally and six years later he began travelling the world with Gerald Levert. For seventeen years Darnell remained on the road with some of the greatest acts in history, including Earth Wind & Fire, the Isley Brothers and many other professional artists.

Since his arrival in Las Vegas Darnell he has had to opportunity to play with some of the best local talent and joined In-A-Fect in 2011.
